The Locust serves in a few very specialized roles. With only light armor, and few weapons, it is vulnerable to almost all other mechs. But yet, the Locust serves with great distinction! It is used as an Anti-Armor mech, designed to knock out tanks and other armored vehicles to fast or annoying for other mechs to deal with.
